Field Trips at Devine Acres

Our field trips offer educational sessions on seasonal agriculture, along with ample time and space for children to indulge in their favorite activity: play! Discover the perfect blend of learning and fun at Devine Acres, where kids can thrive and make lasting memories. Field trips available in Fall and Spring!
Public or private school field trips are geared towards students ages Pre-K through 3rd grade.
Field Trips begin at 10am and the farm closes at 1:30pm.
Shopping in the Mason Jar will be open during Field Trips!
On the menu: Nathan’s all beef hotdogs [or] chicken salad in a croissant with chips — or a yummy 7-inch pizza! Other treats: Nachos, cookies, hand dipped Blue Bell ice-cream, kettle corn, and plenty drink options.

fall field trips
Learn how pumpkins grow, enjoy a scenic hayride, visit the barnyard to learn about/feed the farm animals. Each teacher will take home a pumpkin for the class, and have access to download our follow-up activity to reinforce learning back in the classroom.

Due to high requests for a Christmas Homeschool Day and scheduling conflict, our original 10/16 Fall Homeschool Day has been rescheduled to 12/4 Christmas Homeschool Day. We will be open to the public on Monday, 10/14 and those wanting a fall date are welcome.

spring field trips
Learn the ladybug lifecycle and how beneficial they are to Christmas trees! Also, the 4 Bs pollinators: bees, birds, bugs and bats. Make a craft to take home.

Oak Grove Elementary
All of the kindergarten team, parents, and students just wanted to give you a BIG thank you for the field trip yesterday! Everyone had an amazing time and we are so glad we got the opportunity to come out. A teacher who has been teaching over 30 years said it was the best field trip she had ever been on. So thank you!! When can we start signing up for next school year? We'd love to try to get a fall spot if we can!

New to TX and I am absolutely enjoying what it has to offer! Came here for my youngest daughter's Pre-K Field Trip and was absolutely taken by EVERYTHING! Staff is friendly, food was great, scenery was beautiful, and the port a potty (yes the port a pottys) were clean and smelled amazing. Hands down the best farm field trip I've been on, this is after visiting multiple farms in OH with 5 other children. We were the last customers to leave yesterday lol! I was told by a few staff we have to return for the fall festivities and after my experience yesterday I wouldn't dare miss that experience. I'm extremely excited to bring the whole family out this fall. Thank y'all see you soon!

We went for a field trip there today with our kindergarteners! We all had so much fun! There was organization, safety, we learned so much, and there was so much to see and do too! Thank you Devine Acres farm for the wonderful experience!
